POST NATAL WEIGHT LOSS
I have worked with Candice over the past few years, she has been an incredible support to me. After two children i wanted to lose my baby weight, and Candice helped me to succeed in this and also helped me feel more confident in myself, i went from a size 14 to a 6! Candice even looked after my children whilst I was training so that training was possible. I would not want to be trained by anybody else in the field, candice is amazing at was she does, I couldn’t of competed my journey without her behind me every step of the way.

ITraining with Candice has had a huge positive impact on my mental and physical well-being! I had previously tried personal training with another trainer and it simply wasn’t the right fit for me. I tried again, but this time with Candice and it was completely different. I have gained a new attitude, new strength, a new coping mechanism and someone I can call a friend and have a good laugh with whilst changing my body. The only limit is yourself… 8 months ago, all I seen was limits, barriers and frustration. I knew I needed to get out of my comfort zone. With persistence, effort and constant support from Candice I can say I am a completely different person. Not only have I lost weight, gained strength and achieved goal after goal that I never thought I would even get close to. I’m proud of the person Candice has helped me become. I’m proud of my image and proud of my new found confidence where setting the bar high (or heavy) are mere goals that I WILL exceed because of the unique sessions and unlimited amount of support and knowledge Candice offers. A priceless feeling created by invaluable personal training.

WEDDING SHREDDING
This is my Transformation photo!! I am so proud of this! I started my personal training sessions with @candiceweymouthpt about a year ago, it was to give me a kick up the backside for my upcoming wedding (September 2018). My goal was to lose body fat and get back down to a size 8… and mainly to lose the belly 🤰🏻! I must say I was dubious at first and sceptical… there was more weight training than I was used to, and calorie counting, which I did not do previously… I didn’t think it was going to work. WELL was I wrong!! The weight fell off me, and I was super toned. I felt amazing, the best I had felt in years. It felt so good to finally fit into the clothes I wanted to wear. As you can see my midriff was the part I wanted to focus on for my wedding dress… by the time it came to my first fitting I was so buzzing that I had to have a lot of that area taken in to fit me! 👰🏻 I have to say that I was dedicated 💪🏻, up at 5:30am every morning to make 6am sessions, time spent meal prepping, making sure my neat activity was high etc. However for those who know me… I did not miss out on one meal or social event, I was pretty much out partying/drinking every weekend leading up to my wedding haha 🥂 🍾 💃🏼 haha. I have found love for exercise, and I LOVE flexible dieting (I could not give up the crisps!) . I am still keeping it up even after the wedding, I see it more as a lifestyle change! I just want to say thank you to Candice for putting up with me, and for helping me reach my goals… If you need that extra push I couldn’t recommend @candiceweymouthpt enough; she’s absolutely amazing, and completely understands what you’re going through. She’s on hand to help 24/7, and the advice I have taken from her is invaluable.

BUSY MUM TO 3, GOT INTO HER BEST PHYSICAL SHAPE POST CHILDREN
First and foremost their was absolutely nothing wrong with the way I looked before but for me I just started to feel uncomfortable in my own skin, and that is why I decided to do something about it!! Firstly I don’t like eating “clean” that’s the reason I ended up in the first pic position I would go 3 days of being an absolute saint and then by day 4 my head would go and I would end up on a binge which at one point lasted 9 days!!! I met up with my friend and a pt I know @candiceweymouthpt just for a chat and some advice, her advice to me was all about flexi dieting, so I decided to book a one off pt which I really enjoyed and although I’ve always hated training I’ve always done it, this led on to me training twice a week with Candice I just felt we had a really good connection and she always knows when to change my training up to keep me focused and interested. Choosing a pt should be something u take lots of time thinking about all pts are good and know their shit but if u don’t have the connection with them of them understanding that everyday u need a bag of monster munch the relationship probably won’t work!! This is just the start of my journey and I have finally realised how long it takes to change your body and most importantly mind set!! This has taken me several months to achieve and there are still parts I want to improve on! This pic or any other before or after pic is never an over night success I still have days that I end up knee deep in pizza and chicken nuggets, this is mainly just a big thank you to Candice for being patient putting up with me and my texts and always guiding me back on track 💖💖

LOST OVER 100 LBS
FIRST CLASS TRAINER!! I have been a client of Candice’s for a while now. There are no words to describe how ecstatic I currently feel about both my physical and mental transformation and it’s still going all I know is I’m a completely different person to who I was before I started training with Candice and for that I will forever be thankful!! I’ve never met someone more driven to help others than Candice. Her support and knowledge is truly second to none. No goal is too big or too small and she’s always there to support you to reach those goals!! It’s an absolute privilege to get to say the I get coached by Candice and I can’t rate her highly enough!!
