WEDDING SHREDDING
This is my Transformation photo!! I am so proud of this! I started my personal training sessions with @candiceweymouthpt about a year ago, it was to give me a kick up the backside for my upcoming wedding (September 2018). My goal was to lose body fat and get back down to a size 8… and mainly to lose the belly ! I must say I was dubious at first and sceptical… there was more weight training than I was used to, and calorie counting, which I did not do previously… I didn’t think it was going to work. WELL was I wrong!! The weight fell off me, and I was super toned. I felt amazing, the best I had felt in years. It felt so good to finally fit into the clothes I wanted to wear. As you can see my midriff was the part I wanted to focus on for my wedding dress… by the time it came to my first fitting I was so buzzing that I had to have a lot of that area taken in to fit me! I have to say that I was dedicated , up at 5:30am every morning to make 6am sessions, time spent meal prepping, making sure my neat activity was high etc. However for those who know me… I did not miss out on one meal or social event, I was pretty much out partying/drinking every weekend leading up to my wedding haha haha. I have found love for exercise, and I LOVE flexible dieting (I could not give up the crisps!) . I am still keeping it up even after the wedding, I see it more as a lifestyle change! I just want to say thank you to Candice for putting up with me, and for helping me reach my goals… If you need that extra push I couldn’t recommend @candiceweymouthpt enough; she’s absolutely amazing, and completely understands what you’re going through. She’s on hand to help 24/7, and the advice I have taken from her is invaluable.
