Motivation is a funny thing, we donβt just have this daily amount that arrives each morning to help us do the things we struggle to do.. it doesnβt work like thatβ¦ although it would be great if it did.
Usually itβs a thought or a feeling that will initiate us to do something or take actionβ¦
πππΌππππ: I feel fat, my stomach overhangs my trousers, climbing the stairs kills me and I donβt feel great like I used tooβ¦
These thoughts and feelings are negative, they make you feel bad, and youβre comparing them to a time where you felt great or better, and this usually will be enough to get you to take action.. this is your motivation for making the changes that you need tooβ¦ but it doesnβt mean you are going to enjoy the sacrifices youβll need to make each day.
πππ‘π ππ€π©ππ«ππ©ππ€π£ usually has to come from within.. it has to be a deep enough reason to give purpose to you doing something.
It has to mean something to you.
